Site ordering good. Product delivered complete and quality good. Took a little longer to get than I’m accustomed to but that was a different company and they no longer sell the product.

It is very disappointing. In addition, the return cost is 35 percent of the price of the product

I was very pleased with my order from medical mega ... I recieved a conformation email minutes after placing my order ... I later recieved an email letting me know my order had shipped and when it would arrive ... My purchase arrived on time and I will use medical mega again...

The only thing i would change is the packaging in which my sure seal rings come. They could easily be put in an envelope but instead they are always packed in a box which is way too big and unnecessary. Other than that - everything is great!

Quick service. Reasonable cost for a product not covered by my insurance.

Easy to use and has good communication. I depend on calling and talking to a person. I would have to think about a different service if you eliminated the live person and went to email only ordering.
