For something so simple to use I was surprised at how much relief I have after using it. My doctor suggested I try neck traction in physical therapy. My therapist told me to call her if I received relief after our one session. While in traction she gave me the information as to where to purchase one. I called her to say that I had relief for almost one and a half day. I was to call her after I received my machine and set up a one half hour appointment where she would set it up and show me how to work it. Easy peasy!! The cost of purchasing it from you was one forth the cost of buying it through my insurance. Thanks so much.
