Product works well. Use it strictly for thickening liquids because of the cost. Use powder for solid foods. There is no taste, is clear, and does not increase in thickness while standing. The only liquid thickener I could find. Quite expensive for what it is.

Never received the product. Zero communication- apparently the entire company took 11 days off after my order should have been shipped and received. Ontrac says they never received my product from Medigap. Since this product is medically necessary for me, I find it pretty unbelievable that this service is so very bad. I will never use this company or recommend it. I am not sure I will ever receive a refund or the product.
