I ordered some lighting units on-line. Then had an email saying "sorry, we have just been cleared out of stock by a big order . . . more coming in on Thursday/Friday. I then had a second email saying that they _had_ arrived as promised, and my consignment had been made up and despatched. It arrived in the end only two working days after I had first hoped. Good, helpful service, I reckon, and honest, too!
