Zero after sales service Bought some stuff from them and while the product was good, there was zero after sales service from this company. The website brags about using City Link that offers traceability of shipped products. However, even after two separate emails on separate days asking for the tracing/tracking number to trace the package, not a single reply from them. The package was delivered eventually. The feeling given to me by this company is that they simply want your business but do not want to provide any after sales service.

Excellent service & product There seem to be very few places to find a flush fitting floor box to use for reading lights, Kindle & iPod charging etc. beside or under your armchair to avoid trailing cable across the floor. But this is one of them! These boxes close flush with the floor when the plugs are in, just the cable pokes out through a trap. When I phoned before ordering to check some information I received a helpful & courteous response. Excellent product with a lot of variables available & extremely fast & efficient delivery. Exactly what we needed! Thanks.

Personal touch You can only really judge a company based on how it functions when things don't go to plan. I ordered an item from MidsElec, but unfortunately, there was insufficient postage on the delivered item. One phone call to them revealed the issue - for expediency, the item was dispatched direct from the manufacturer to me (which was good as the item arrived within a day or so after placing the order). They immediately sorted the issue by contacting the manufacturer, and refunded the extra postage that I had to pay. Things always will come off the tracks, especially when you try to be more efficient by giving instructions to a third party to act on your behalf. MidsElec were that efficient company, and when there was a problem, they immediately solved it. 10 out of 10.

Easy to do business with down to sales, delivery & price I bought two Steinel XLED Home 1 floodlights for our office's new secure car and cycle compound at our Portal Business Centre at Thursby House in Bromborough, Wirral. Not only did MedsElec.co.uk offer the lowest price, they delivered great service in both sales, delivery and admin - their website is easy to use too! I'm hoping to get budgetary approval for the much bigger Steinel LED floodlights to replace the power hungry 400W floods we have around Thursby House and car-park next.
