Despite the delay in getting my order delivered they did a great job of making up for it and im thankfully sleeping cooler and more comfortable. The only reason i haven't given it 5 stars is the OFF GASSING of the padding is strong and not going away even though its already been weeks! :-(

I spoke with Molecule reps a few times, and they were very helpful and friendly. They were happy to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.
The Infinity foam pillow is the most amazing pillow in the world. Unfortunately it affected my sinuses due to the slight off gassing, so I returned it...but was told to keep it after I received my refund...so I gave it to my boyfriend.
I'd love to know if there is a way to get rid of the off gassing so I can try it again.

Outstanding service from Molecule CSR Nate in the Chicago office. Nate was instrumental in the smooth purchase of our Molecule mattress, pillows, and sheets. Nate sets the "Gold" standard for other CSR's to follow. With regards to choosing a new mattress, I was fortunate to research many different options and companies for selecting the right mattress and found the Molecule mattress. We have been sleeping on a Sleep Number bed that I refurbished with with latex layers and cooling gel memory foam. Due to my wife being a restless sleeper, I opted to find a new mattress and frame for me to get a full night's rest. I purchased a new adjustable bed and needed a foam mattress that would provide firmness, cooling comfort, durability and company support. Looking forward to adjusting from our previous sleep system to the new Molecule system.......After all, I have 100 nights to effectively decide my restful sleep future!

Not good experience at all. Company is not interested in supporting client as to where about a the mattress is. They put the ownership on Fed Ex. But I could get the answers from Fed -Ex....I believe the company rests , no pun intended , on high profile athlete endorsement to sell the product. I would rate them 0 out of 10. Obviously 0 the worst, 10 the best.

The Molecule AirTec mattress topper certainly made my mattress a little more comfortable but it is more firm than I was expecting. I couldn't do memory foam because of the heat but I suspect that would have been softer. The Molecule Topper doesn't feel cool and I still sleep hot and do not "experience the comfort and cooling of recovery-focused sleep" that they claim but it has made my bed more comfortable.

It should have been a 5 star but they never notified me that the product was in two separate package. Otherwise the mattress topper is the best. The free pillow is the best. Better than my pollow and bamboo pillow.

If you're looking for a mattress topper that will give you a cool and comfortable night's sleep, this is the one. Other mattress topper brands proclaim that they are "cool," but that's false. This is the only one I've encountered that performs as promised. I wish I had bought it years ago. It's terrific!
