We made a purchase of a mattress which they gave us a choice to pick a sheet set with it. We did. The mattress arrived and it’s fantastic, but we never received the sheet set! I really hope they’ll be sending the set soon!!!

My experience is that it took a long time for my item to ship out. The item itself is nice though but I do feel it loses the soft plush feel quickly or maybe my body is now accustomed to the softness of it. Who knows, I don't think its wonderful but its also not bad.

Comfortable mattress cover, but I personally have not found it to be “cooling.” I thought when I ordered, I was receiving a set of queen sheets, due to a promo- but they were included. So, perhaps the cooling will be better if you purchase the sheets...
