Great! Anastasia was very helpful and patient, since I couldn’t purchase right away and came back a couple times. Also the two installers very professional and also helpful / I couldn’t pull bed down and they installed a different handle - works great!

The furniture is of exceptional quality; it looks and feels really great. We have the whole room of their furniture: wall bed, Table, cabinets, and shelves. We use it daily and it works perfectly. It saves so much space but provides so much storage and comfortable sleeping!

Great color options too. Alex was wonderful to work with as far as design and arranging for installation. When I had a small issue with one of the installed shelves, his team came back to fix it quickly. Very satisfied.

Alex, the sales representative at the Fort Lauderdale location, was extremely helpful and explaining all the different options without any sales pressure. We even added some cabinetry a month later and it was not an issue at all. Alex made it very seamless. The men who installed the unit were very polite and did an excellent job keeping things clean throughout the entire process. The bed is super comfortable and opens very easy and the depth from the wall into the room is one of the least amounts that we shopped for so it does not stick into the room too much. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend Multimo for Murphy beds to anyone in the market.

He put together multiple options to choose from and was a great communicator. The installation crew was fantastic, checking in with me often as they built the bed and shelves to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. I highly recommend Multimo. The quality is great, the mattress is comfortable, and it looks great in my room. Thank you!

The order was delayed by a couple weeks (as large unique furniture does sometimes) and they were able to be accommodate my scheduling needs and still get installed by the date they quoted. Can't recommend enough, check out the show room and you'll be sold. Also it's pricey but they have a great financing option if you can get approved

I reached out with questions before purchasing and Alex was highly responsive, before, during and after the sale.
The quality construction and YouTube videos made installation a breeze. If you're semi-handy and take your time, you should be fine installing yourself. We also opted for the 10' queen memory foam mattress. Very comfortable! We are very pleased with our decision to buy from Multimo and would highly recommend!
