I have tried a number of meals companies and when I tried my muscle chef a few years ago I couldn't believe how good they tasted! I love cooking and eating, but cooking for one is no fun, with My muscle chef I got all my yummy meals with no stress and stuck to my fitness goals!!
Since moving to Tasmania last year I have missed my mmc meals but now with their convient Melbourne pick up point this time on my mainland holiday am now able to take over 50 meals home to tas with me!
And the amazing people at mmc helped with everything to make sure I was able to achieve what I need!
A+ for meals and A++ for customer service!

The meals are super delicious and convienient and perfect for anyone wanting to build and maintain a desired body, especially if you're a busy person. I personally found the entire experience, from the team to the food and the weekly deliveries, very helpful, supportive and more than accomidating.
If I had any problems or wanted to change or adjust anything, I'd email the support team and they were very prompt with their response, and the following week, I'd recieve the changes.
The food is great!
I initially thought it might be like microwave food from the supermarket, but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes from the first week. They give you such a great variety and I love the convenience and taste, especially the Malaysian Chicken Curry, Beef Korma and Salmon with Chipotle Sauce.
In terms of my personal workout routine, I've found the meal program to be amazingly helpful and a real time saver.
Its well worth a go!
