After hours of cooking over a hot stove I finally decided to make the choice of personalised food prep. BEST decision ever! Muscle Chef allows me the choice of meals to my calculated macros. I now have so much more time on my hands which working a high stress job is exactly what is needed and no more nights of coming home and having to figure out what to eat

We are absolutely LOVING the meals! The convenience has changed our week & they are so tasty. The nutritional information is very straight forward so it is easy for us to track our MACROS & keep our fitness goals on track.
We also love that we can choose the number of meals per week as well as the size. My partner has 3x meals for per (2x lunch & 1x dinner) whereas I only need 2x meals per day - this is no issue at all for My Muscle Chef but other food delivery services do not seem to offer the same level of flexibility.
Although the cost seems more expensive than shopping & cooking for yourself at first, we quickly realized their value once we gained back 6+ hours every weekend from the time saved shopping & prepping meals! I don't think we can go back.
Service has also always been great when I contact the customer service team - so thank you My Muscle Chef for making it all so easy!

My customised menu is $190 a week delivered for me and it's worked a treat. 13.5kgs down after 8 weeks. Keeping stable too.

I have tried a few meal plans from other companies, but this one kills its competition. Its so nice you can tell its made by chefs that love there job. I find the price and selection amazing, with delivers on time. I already know that im hooked on this meal plan and i can concentrate on life rather then whats in the fridge.

only one problem I have Over Dosed on Broccoli - the Base with red pesto and just broccoli is just far too much, How about mixing it up MMC - it was alright for the first couple of months - I used to like Broccoli now it make me gag LOL... :-)

I have tried Lite n Easy which tastes like bland cheap super market frozen meals. My expectations were quite low only to be surprised by an explosion of flavour and great quality. My meals are delivered to my health club for convenience and piece of mind (though they do deliver to your home as well). I would highly recommend these meals to any one!

I actually purchase MMC for my husband who needs to eat 4000+ calories per day so it saves us so much time and he loves the variety of the foods he gets to eat too. I spent hours looking at different muscle meal delivery services and My Muscle Chef is by far the best company out there IMHO. They allow you to purchase week by week without any locked in contracts, you can pay with Paypal, which I LOVE. And the meals taste really really good, so great that I force him to share with me sometimes!! The chicken pesto pasta and Texas Smoked BBQ Chicken are our favorites. The delivery charge is very reasonable especially when you compare with other companies that charge $30 for shipping. They're definitely the best value on the market, best service, and have excellent communication and customer service. Delivery is also very easy and the food is ALWAYS consistent.

These meals are incredible!!! Although frozen, the meals taste fresh and full of flavour. It saves so much time and effort and helps me stick to a clean diet. The Mongolian Lamb and the Persian chicken are my absolute favourites. If you are looking for a healthy and tasty alternative to takeaway or just not keen on prepping meals for hours I recommend trying these guys out!!

've tried a few other meal prep companies in the past few months and My Muscle Chef is a cut above. The variety and flavours are great and the meals themselves are brilliant. It's hard to see myself going back to prepping my meals again. If you are looking for an alternate to food prep I recommend giving these guys a try. Not to mention, the customer service is amazing and the guys are a pleasure to deal with.

I have tried many different meal delivery plan providers (so far this is number 7). I am a ex personal trainer (only out of industry 12 months) who just doesn't have time to prepare my own food so thought with these ratings and the variety of the menu offered I just had to try. I'm afraid to report I was so disappointed I'm in shock. The service is fantastic, variety of menu is delightful and the flavours are relatively good but the quality of the food is barely rateable. Vege's are rubbery and watery. The cauliflower mash turn out like powdered soup. The protein is very tough and chewy that I felt like throwing half out. Portion size is also questionable compared to other programs offering the same calorie count so left feeling unsatisfied.
I'm sure this program is great for those that want to lose weight and reach their goals who can't cook or have low expectations but for a foodie who's favourite hobby is cooking who decided to order for convenience and calorie control to get back to my goal weight this was not helpful at all. :(

Very simple, very solid service. Have been using them for 3 months now, and together with my gym routine, I have seen decreases in my body fat, increases in my muscle and tone, great increases in my strength, and a few KGs lost. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to trim up.

My Muscle Chef are the fourth meal prep company that I have used and they are by far the best. Prompt, professional, and absolutely delicious! I'm very happy and I will continue to use them less for diet reasons (personally) and more simply for convenience as I hate cooking :) Would definitely recommend!
