Filteroo® ULTRAPURE 7" All in 1 Ceramic Gravity Water Filtration Candle
Does the job beautifully, but the tap started to leak after about 8 months. Process too convoluted when requesting remedy, so I bought a new tap elsewhere for minimal cost and installed myself- after having difficulty loosening nut inside the urn. Was lucky my urn had not cracked due to 'factory' over-tightening. Tap works well now, but will see what happens in the same time frame. Am disappointed with the cost of the replacement filter though.

Since your system is still new, it’s not unusual to experience a slower water flow at first. Typically, the cartridges are pre-installed inside the housings and wrapped with cling wrap for protection during shipping. These wraps need to be removed prior to use to ensure the proper water flow.
In addition, the Aragon Cartridge has a specific flow direction. The white cap should face the head cap, meaning the white cap should face downwards and the green cap should face upwards. Ensuring this orientation will help the system perform as intended.
