When we had issues understanding the water filter we had immediate concerns resolved

This is my 2nd whole house filter system from My Water Filter and once again very happy with the service. The system arrived earlier than expected. Everything was good and easy to fit. The only drawback was the plastic hose which is too hard to move around. I went out and bought a stainless steel flexi hose and it works great with the filter and head. Thank you again for your prompt delivery and i will contact you when the next filter is due. i just received this system and had it installed. It is EXACTLY as described and arrived safely shipped in lots of packing. It is clearly better quality than the old system it replaced which, to its credit did last 15 years but no-one makes the thinner 2 inch filters any more and i had lots of leaking problems with the old system over those years.
The service from these guys at My water Filter is amazing and apparently I'm also entitled to some free holidays they offer! i give them top marks and will be getting my replacement filters from them for sure.

These Walter filters are the best I reckon on the market because they filter out everything and the water is the best quality and taste so amazing and is crystal clear

I live in the country and use a Southern Cross water purifier for the tank water. I had been having difficulties with slow filtration so I asked Google and was directed to Filteroo. So far, I am very pleased with the quality of the water and the filtering flow. An excellent product!

I've been using my filteroo for a couple of months now and Marvel over how much I enjoy each glad of water. It's clean, clear, tastes fresh and is fast flowing. I've had other quality filters in the past, but this is hands down the best.

Really easy to prep and install, super fast delivery and the most important of all fresh and lovely tasting water. Water the way it is supposed to taste. Can smell the chemicals when filling my counter top ceramic filter however once the water goes through all chemical smell and taste has been removed. The kids are even insisting on filling the cat's water bowl with filtered water only..... A very big and noticeable difference. Great product and excellent service. Thank you
