Sprite High Output Shower Filter
I bought the Sprite High Output Shower Filter as I was itching from the excessive chlorine in the town water. It's been installed for a few weeks now, and some of the itching has decreased, maybe it will take time for my damaged dry skin from the chlorine in the water to repair itself. My hair is much softer.

Very happy with the 3-way mixer tap we got from My Water Filter. I'm no expert, but if you look into the detail of the specs, you will see that what you are getting is very high spec and great value compared to many other similar ones on the market. I wanted a chrome tap to match my old one and this one turned out to have a mirror finish just like chrome but with the benefit of being all solid stainless steel - i didn't know this was a thing. Even the plumber that installed it for us said he could tell it was a quality tap. I had some questions before buying and their support was very helpful in finding out answers they didn't know and getting back to me when they did. Highly recommend buying from My Water Filter. I will be back.

I received all the parts and found that I needed a spanner which I do not have. It turned out that I needed more help as I could not understand the instructions for installing both filters, the little movies on my phone were too small to see, and still do not know what the vitamin pack is.
I had to get a friend to bring his spanner and out the filter together as it was beyond me despite calling your help line.
Having said that, I LOVE the water filter. It is easily filled with a jug and gives the most beautiful clear water that tastes of NOTHING. Such a treat.
Thank you for making clean water affordable. I tell everyone how good the filter is and give everyone who walks through my door a glass of water.
