Sprite Pure 7 Stage Fixed Shower Filter
Great! But how often do I need to change a filter?
Response from My Water Filter

Hello Jinguen, thank you for placing such a lovely review, and indeed, Sprite Pure 7 Stage Fixed is a great shower filter. To continue enjoying a refreshing bath, we recommend a replacement every three months. Also, to make it even longer, we made a twin pack so, it doubles the time before replacing it. Thank you, Jingeun.

Ultra Slim 10 Litre Gravity Fed Ceramic Stoneware Water Filter with Doulton Super Sterasyl
We are extremely delighted with our Ceramic Stoneware Filter. It looks good and works well. There was a mix-up with our order burtonce that was sorted out, everything went well. I will make the comment that I have bad delivery experiences through various courier services site apart from having to hang around to wait for them to turn up. So, to circumvent any more nasty surprises I organised a post office box and have deliveries from all around the world and no time wasting. IF you had invited on a courier I would've bought the product, especially as it is fragile. Thanks, regards Johny

Aquasana 2 Stage Under Counter Drinking Water Filter (AQ-5200.56) Complete with Australian Fittings - Chrome
Happy with our decision to acquire the filtering system. Fitting was quite straightforward and the quality of the system and filtered water is good.
Much better and more convenient than continually filling a filter jug.

Sprite Pure 7 Stage Hand Held Shower Head
Great product but unfortunately doesn't come with a wall cover, although its shown in the picture (they even come with all $20 shower heads i looked at).
Excellent service from "My water filter", The product arrive in good time and after a couple of emails they sent me the wall cover at their own expense a week later.

SCP Fluoride Plus Water Filter Replacement Candle for Gravity Urn Water Filters
Ordered a new ceramic water filter candle which removes fluoride. Our previous filter lasted for 17 months and gave us great tasting water. The order came within a couple of days and was easy to install. Thank you for your prompt and reliable service to all your customers.

My Water Filter RO 4000 Benchtop Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System with American Alkaline
Water tastes great, and it’s fluoride free!
Response from My Water Filter

Hello Toni, thank you for placing such a lovely review. These little bench top reverse osmosis water filters do create amazing water. While you can keep the wastewater for the garden, if you notice any imbalance with the flow rate, let us know quickly, and we'll be happy to help you out. Both of the hoses should be flowing at around the same flow rate but that does depend on the incoming water quality. If you have lots more water flowing from the black hose than the blue hose simply lift the top off the system & press the blue button 6 times and that should reset the flow restrictor so it is flowing as it should again. Please let us know if you require any assistance? Thank you, Toni.
