Chrome Shower Filter
The filter is exactly how it's described in the add.
It arrived on time & took me about 3 minutes to fit.
I have already noticed a difference in my skin, not so dry any more.

Response from My Water Filter

Hello Meegan, That's great to hear! We're pleased to know how much you're loving the Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C shower head, they do make amazing showers. If the shower head is falling down that is normally because the holder that the shower head sits in requires a tighten up tighter to avoid that from happening. Can you see a little hole in the side of the shower head holder where a screw driver or an allen key can be inserted to tighten it? If you require any assistance feel free to take a image of your shower setup & email that to us & we will do our best to assist you. Thank you, Meegan.
Regards, The My Water Filter team

Crown Berkey System (6 gal)
I exchanged the 6 gallon for the 3.25 gallon, and it is amazing. The 6 would have been great too but our place isn't big and it would have been the feature of the kitchen!
This was such a great purchase, and not only that, the staff and owners of My Water Filter accommodated my exchange seamlessly. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!
