Chrome Shower Filter
Been really good except for my last filter that must have had a malfunction because it would not allow water to flow through it and out of my shower head...

Hello Rhys, thank you for placing a review on your recent experience with your shower filter. I am not sure why the water would not flow through your filter? That is not common at all? Are you ok now has the issue been rectified? Please let us know and if you need any assistance, we're always here for you.
Thank you, Rhys.

Sprite High Output Shower Filter
I wish it would last longer. Adelaide water is so bad the filter is great while it lasts

Hello Julie, thank you for contacting us with that information. Yes we hear you SA does have pretty hash water. Here is a Limetron whole house water conditioner that will take care of the whole home water system & appliances. It might help to treat the water before flowing through your shower filter enough to help the filter last longer.

These Sprite HO shower filters are a world class product and we have great comments for these. It is unfortunate the SA water is so bad & if you can only use a shower filter you might have to change them more often. Whole house water filters have a lot more media in them and are great when the water quality is very bad. Should you need any assistance, we're always here for you.
Thank you Julie.
Regards, The My Water Filter team.

MWF 20" x 4.5" Twin Whole House Water Filter
Very happy with the water quality. but I have to tighten the housing very hard to get them sealed so I guess I have to replace the o-rings already which is a bit disappointing

Hello Roger. Thank you for leaving a review, and we're thrilled to hear your experience with the water quality from your filter. You should not have to tighten the housing very tight as you mentioned. Maybe you could lubricate both the o-rings & the housing thread. Once lubricated you should be able to tighten the housing by hand & then use the housing tool just to tighten up the housing until it seals. Please find the type of lubricant we are talking about in this link. https://www.mywaterfilter.com.au/water-filter-housing-thread-silicon-lubricant-25g.html
Should you need assistance or want to replace your new O-rings, please let us know, and we'd be glad to help you further.
Thank you, Roger.
