You shall be sent a notification and reminder from our system once the cartridge of your water filter unit is due for replacement.
This is our cartridge replacement program.
The goal of this program is to help our valued customers remember to replace their cartridge/s when it is due to be replaced.
This way, you don't have to think and worry about that part any more.
All you have to do is just enjoy the benefits of the water filter once it has been installed in your home.
But on saying that the life of your water filtration cartridge is 2000 litres or 12 months which ever comes first.

The system came assembled with the wrong sequence of catridges, causing one to block after 1.5 months of operation. The service team was diligent in fixing my problem and provided me with the instructions and a replacement catridge.

Fantastic filter does a great job clearing the chlorine i've used this filter for the 2nd time now and wow it was dark brown after a whole year of use !!!!! Would recommend this filter for keeping you water safe to drink.
