Service and information excellent.
Competitive pricing.
Only downside is I loathe the courier company you use.

We are happy with our Water Filter. It is a good way of knowing how much water we consume each day. A couple of times one of us has not fully turned the tap off and water has dripped out making a mess on the bench and floor!!!!! I have since sat the Urn on a large plate so hopefully we will take more care.! Many thanks.

Love this product! I find we are drinking more water having it on the bench in an accessible place as a constant reminder to have more. Easy to re-fill and water tastes fresh
