Great

We are really happy with our products. We are drinking lots more water now and loving the taste and in fact shared with many friends. One friend was so impressed with what I told her , ordered 2 boards and 2 sticks . My next order is coming up !!!

Water tastes better when filtered. Non filtered tap water, really does taste horrible! Only criticism is the flow. I found there is a significant drop in pressure, since installing the unit.
****EDIT**** My water filter was due for replacement, so when replacing it I changed the filter from being mounted sideways to upright. The water flow has improved, maybe straightened out the hoses a bit too. 5 Stars.

Works perfectly. The water in my apartment causes itchy skin and rashes, and this filter minimised it a lot. Hopefully my next rental won’t have this poor water, but I will still continue to use the water filters anyway. 10/10.

Bought this to replace an Apex filter that came with the benchtop unit. it fit well in the unit, but didn't do the job I thought it should.

I wrote a negative review and got contacted almost straight away by the seller to inform me I had accidentally purchased the wing type of cartridge for me!

Despite my negative review and fairly silly mistake, they weren't rude or patronising, instead offering me helpful advice.

So, I can't say how well the cartridge works, since it wasn't right for me. However, I am giving a 5 star review based on the excellent response from the seller and helpful advice I received.

Easy to use. Lightweight and fits in my backpack so wherever I am I have beautiful fresh clean tasting water. And for me that’s important . Would recommend this product to everyone

I’m very happy. And installed it my self., which was quite easy

Good

Excellent pure water - pure taste. Waste water ratio 5:1 iitres is high, but purchasing bottled or boxed water also results in other types of waste issues - otherwise a fantastic filtration system.

Amazing service and product. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will not shop anywhere else from now on

Neat and tidy undersink capsules and benchtop tap. A whole lot of improvement in taste of town water. Very good assistance given to me during pre-purchase and after sale phone enquiries.

Clean, beautiful water, perfect for my home, very happy with this product :)

The water is delicious. Thank-you

Does the job

I think it’s wonderful my gran kids will now drink our water without saying it tastes like the swimming pool

We used to have Neverfail water delivered every month but switched to this RO system in the hope of saving money. It was straightforward to install (and I’m no handyman) except for one thing, which was that our sink only had a single inlet to the drain which was already being used by the dishwasher. Our plumber was able to replace it with a double inlet version, but we could just as easily have drilled a hole through and fixed it with silicone.

It’s a little weird to get used to at first, because the tap makes a hissing noise when the tank is filling up (as the air in the tank is replaced by water, the air is expelled via a small hole in the bottom of the tap). It’s only a soft sound and once you’re used to it you barely notice it, and it’s a handy confirmation that the system is working correctly!

Most importantly, the water quality has surpassed our expectations! It has been well over six months now, we’ve been through one set of filter changes, and it has been consistently excellent. Recently while our mains water was shut off for a day for drain repairs we had to use Neverfail water again for the day, and we all agreed that it did not taste as good as the water from the RO system!

While it seemed expensive up-front, we have already recouped the cost in what we’re not paying for bottled water. We’re 100% happy with this system and recommend it unconditionally!
