Love the product, water tastes so much better. Not far off requiring a second unit the amount of water we use daily.

I really like my ceramic water filter. I have had no problem with the candles. I have had too many reminders, even after I have just bought the candles.
Your service in delivery is excellent! Thank you.

I love our ceramic stoneware water filter. The water taste great and is so clear, the kids don’t like drinking the tap water anymore so I make sure it is always full.
I’m pleased they are not getting any of the nasty chemicals that outer in the water these days,
Plus it looks so lovely sitting in the kitchen, it is a win win for us

We have tank water and while we have the appropriate filters
Just wanted to go one step further with the drinking water. This works fantastically looks beautiful and the water is the right temp to drink. I was amazed at the gunk that the filter gets from the already filtered water. It’s easy it clean and maintain the filter.

Aquasana Countertop Drinking Water Filter (AQ-4000) - White
The reasons for the mid rating is that the filter slows the flow considerably. More detailed instructions on changing cartridges would have been useful (I had to revert to YouTube.)
Response from My Water Filter

Hello James,
Thanks for letting us know.
James, we would like to extend our apologies to you for any inconvenience that you may have experienced.
In relation to the flow rate, depending on the water pressure at the home, yes the Aquasana systems are a very tight water filter and can be a bit slow, but with that comes fantastic test results. Also the slower we filter our water the better water quality we are able to achieve.
With regards to the cartridge replacement, we do have instructions and video on how to replace the cartridges on our website.
Please see the link below to view the instruction and video.

Any issue, you can reach us anytime at 1800 769 300, send us an email at customerservice@mywaterfilter.com.au or liaise with us over live chat through our website.
Again our apologies.
Many thanks, James.
My Water Filter is always here if you need.
Regards,

I love this jar! Very attractive and does a great job. My home is on town water and yet the filter gets coated in yucky brown goop. Very easy to clean though. I am in my 70,s and definitely not interested in drinking fluoride so it is especially good to have that out of the water I drink.
