Grander Revitalising Board
This revitalising board provides me with my own personal recharging station, wherever I go.
Upon testing, most people who try water with & without using my board, can notice a difference in the water.

Grander Revitalising Board
we can taste the difference in our water. I start all my veggies growing in a tub of grander water. I rinse my soft fruits - strawberries, blueberries - in grander water. I have a bottle in the fridge, alongside our milks & juices to give them longer life. Thank you for having the product available.

Benchtop Water Filter Diverter Adaptor 16mm Female to 21mm Male
We tried everywhere to locate this product as a connection for our bench top Water Filter. We contacted well known outlets such as Reece, Bunnings, TradeLink, Plumbtec and a couple of others with much frustration and no success. Online we found "My Water Filter" and with very little effort located and ordered the product which is top quality and works wonderfully. Professional efficient service greatly appreciated. Highly recommend "My Water Filter". Geoff at South Morang Vic.

12L Billabong Stoneware Water Purifier with Ceramic Filter Candle
Love my water filter when I put the tap water in to fill it up you can smell the chlorine in it so feel much better when I drink the water from the filter. It looks very attractive in my kitchen and would give it a five star rating.

Great product. Simple to set up and use. Very happy. Only a small gripe - wish I could see the water level. Highly recommend.

Hello Jenny,
Thank you for the contact and that is great news you are happy & enjoying the water created from your Stainless Steel gravity water filter. It is no secret now days that stainless steel products do create very nice high quality clean drinking water. I agree, it would be great to be able to see inside the system, i understand your thoughts there.
Jenny this is a link to a sight glass used on the Berkey Stainless Steel products, take a look it might be use full to you so you can tell how much water is inside your bottom tank? Be aware the sight glasses do come in a few different sizes so you might need to check the length.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any way?
Wishing you all the best Jenny,

MWF Whole House HPF pH Elevation System Complete with Calcite & Gravel
Terrific product, fixed the issues we had with incorrect ph, works well, robust and reliable. The installation instructions could be better, but was able to figure it out. Highly recommended.

Hello Mike,
Thank you for your contact. Yes the pH Elevation vessels do work well at elevating the pH level of the acidic water so the water does not eat all the copper pipe away in your home water pipe system. Congratulations on sorting the setup & getting your system up and running. Ill see if we can take a look at those installation instructions and make them better. We do appreciate your note on that one.
Good luck Mike with all & let us know if we can assist you in any way..?
Regards the Team from My Water Filter.

UV Lamp 11040 4 Pins 40 Watt 840mm
Reasonable product; however, hard to fit without risk of breakage. Life seems reasonable (around 12 mths). Cost OK

Hello Steve,
Nice to hear from you.
Yes Steve you are correct, we do need to take care when we are replacing UV globes, thimbles & parts for UV systems. The parts are glass and can break. But normally if we take our time and treat the parts like an egg once they are installed we dont have any issues with them. They work very well to eradicate the bugs & bacteria in the water.
We have recently created some new videos on the UV systems so if you need any information or a hand with anything please let us know so we can assist.
Thank you Steve,
Regards The Team from My Water Filter.

Overall is good, just find that the hose is pretty stiff and awkward to use in the shower. It needs to be softer and more flexible.
