Hello Frances, Thank you for your message. Frances i am aware of your order situation & we do apologise to you for this one. There is a few reasons why this replacement became lumpy. Normally if any water filter is delivered with a breakage or issue we would just send out to the customer the missing part required and it is all done. But with this case you wanted to change the colour of the system as well as get the part replaced. We then got caught out with deliveries over the xmas period & issues with the supplier on their xmas break so we could not get it despatched to you which all lead to you not getting the normal service we would have liked for you. No excuses Frances we never want any customer to have to wait like you did. Unfortunately we dont stock the ceramic gravity water filters as the extra transport & handling creates more breakages & costs, so we have these drop shipped direct from the supplier & because of that we do lose some control especially over the xmas period as you found out. Frances again, we do apologise for the wait. I do believe the water filter you have will provide very nice water for you. If we can assist to you or help you in any way please do let us know? Thank you Frances, Regards the team from My Water Filter.

Hello Leoni, Thank you for your contact. It is nice to hear you have the mixer tap installed now & it is working, not great it is very sensitive though. Leoni I had a check through our records but I don't find any issues with this faucet. Maybe if it is working well as you mentioned in your message you could continue to use it for a while? Sometimes appliances settle in and you might get more used to the sensitivity from this tap and find it is fine in the end. Please be aware we are here for you and if this does not work out as you require please do let us know? Thank you Leoni, Regards the team from My Water Filter.
