Replacement Cartridge Pack for Filteroo® Gravity Water Purifier with Ultraceram Cartridge
Ordering my cartridge replacement for my Filteroo was an easy process and the delivery was fast. Instructions provided was easy to follow for changing and installing my new cartridge. I find the taste of the Filteroo water to be so much better than straight from the tap also happy to know that I’m not consuming all the nasty additives in our everyday drinking water. I’m a very happy customer.

Filteroo® 5.5" Rain & City Water Carbon Block Gravity Water Filter Cartridge
After I made an error in my order, I was able to return the 'wrong filter' and receive the correct filter promptly. The only cost was my return postage. The new filter is now in place and will soon be producing 'fresh water'. This water isn't as sensational as can be had with a much more expensive set up but it is good quality at a good price.

HPF 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filter System
Seems pretty good so far, my wife and I installed it ourselves with pretty much no DYI experience and tutorials online, one drill purchase later (has to be able to drill into metal)l, and a few hours of work and bimbamboom we got it working. Still curious if we've done it properly, definitely tastes different to normal tap water but I'd love to be able to do a conclusive test to see just how big of a difference it makes
Overall, pretty happy

Hello Joel,
Awesome job taking on the installation! It's impressive what you can achieve with a little bit of DIY spirit and some online tutorials. To really see the difference, a home water testing kit can give you a clear picture of the water quality. Glad to hear you're pretty happy so far—enjoy the fresh, clean water! 💧🔧😊

Sprite High Output Shower Filter
I have been using the high flow water filter for about one month. Now or less it works. Good still have good Water pressure. I noticed there's no more white residue on the shower windscreen anymore. Hair does feel soft skin fuel softer. Would have to wait-a-bit longer before I could see the main difference, but yes, definitely it works.

HPF 7 Stage Reverse Osmosis Under Sink Water Filter System
After a number of months and extensive research into RO systems and suppliers I decided on My Water Filter. I'm so glad I did! The entire process, from purchase to installation, was seamless. The team provided regular updates on my order and delivery, and when I encountered some difficulties during installation, their customer service was incredibly helpful. When the issue couldn't be resolved over the phone, Ron, the founder, personally called to assist. I can't emphasise enough how impressed I am with their exceptional customer service and after-sales support. It’s reassuring to know that they were there throughout the whole instillation process.

MWF 10" x 4.5" Triple Whole House Water Filter - Stainless Steel Bracket
We just bought our filter system so can't review it as we haven't use it yet but I want to mention that it arrived with a broken part. It was so well packed so I assume it happened during the delivery process. I made one phone call to My Water Filter service and less than an hour everything was solved and the new part was on it's way at the same day. Absolutely fabulous service and very kind helpful and friendly people to deal with. I believe the filters we bought will be great (as I did a lot of research) and I'll be soon able to add another review. Thank you My Water Filter team.

Filteroo® 8" Stainless Steel Gravity Water Filter with Fluoride Removal Cartridge Pack
I’ve had my filter for 2 years now.
I live totally off grid.
My tank water quality is questionable.
Hence why I use the filter.
Positive: I have been sick from my water.
Negative: when I purchased my filter system, I was under the impression I’d get a reminder when my filters needed changing. Thus never happened.
Good news they lasted a long time.

Service and communication was great. I put in wrong address and when I emailed I ref a quick response and they changed. Delivery was under 4 days which was great cause we are travelling. Came with instructions on installing and flushing. Hooked up easily to current water system. I am use to tank water and very fussy about drinking water. I could taste the difference in the water.
