You really appreciate how wonderful filtered water is when you drink water that is not! I love that My Water Filter reminds me to purchase new filters when due. Fantastic product and company, could not be happier with both.

Moving from a farm to suburbia was essential in our old age but we couldn't drink the water. Our Grandson has always used your product and recommended it. Did not disappoint. Perfect.

No more bottles water. You can taste the difference. Worth the price and easy to install

Awesome product, prompt delivery

The system is able yo meet my expection.
My sales-in-charge was great. He answered my enquiries promptly and was able to provide feasible solutions.

This Benchtop Water Filter is fantastic - such a difference in taste and nourishment for your body.
When I started researching water filters for my rental, I was so confused about the different stages of filtration, what type of setup I wanted for a filter, and price range too. I rang 3 different businesses, and no one called back.
I finally found My Water Filter after reading reviews, and I had narrowed down my preferences to the Filteroo Joey Ceramic Filter and the UltraPure 3 stage aragon filter with fluoride removal and sediment protection.
I called through with more questions, and Brent was fantastic in helping me understand the differences between the two: water flow, aesthetic and level of usage. He was honest, clear and answered my questions over a few days too.

I chose the UltraPure Benchtop Triple Stage water filter and I am so glad I did. The water flow is so strong from its own tap, and I never have issues with it. What was even better, is My Water Filter also had youtube videos to show you how to connect your diverter to the main tap and how to flush your filters before use.

I cannot recommend this product high enough and I highly recommend calling My Water Filter to clarify your needs. Best decision ever!

Our water supply is fully of chemicals and hard metals. These are Good filters. Saved the wife’s hair from going green and also stopped the inching on the skin.

I've been using the Filteroo Blue with Ultraceram for months. I can taste the difference without the chlorine and I'm glad to be drinking water far cleaner than the tap. Filters a lot more water than my old Brita jug.

Happy with the product, communication and the helpful videos and info on the website. Bought a filteroo 2 years ago and absolutely love it. Buying a replacement candle was super easy, it arrived quickly. Happy customer here :)

After an easy intallation and follow through with set up instrutions..Our rain water is devine to drink. The neighbours are looking into getting the same filter system too.

excellent so far so good ,

This is a really great product and at a really great price. It’s a described. Sturdy, does not overflow, meets the needs of 2 people in the household each day. Oh, and it looks good on my kitchen counter. We’ll done Filteroo team!

We use the silver stabilised peroxide for sterilising water for our plants. It also keeps mould under control in the soil. This stuff saved a lot of plants and made them actually stronger.
I know this is not exactly the intended purpose, but it just shows how good it works against pathogens. Thanks for the quick delivery as well :)

I've purchased approximately $3,000 worth of water filter products from with this company. John handled my purchases, he's on the ball when it comes to knowing the products and always returns my phone calls when l was unable to get through. Would highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Fast delivery and very good communication all the way. The linked video information and instructions were clear and helpful. Great shower filter unit that works well and was easy to install.

Awesome filter,we love it 😍

Received our water filter incredibly fast ,very simple to plumb it in and the taste ....fresh water , no smells just fresh clear water . Very impressed

Great product & service. Highly recommended!

Only had one bath with it but smell of chlorine was definitely less - hard to fully review as only one use and bath already had some water in.
The stick on thing seems to work but is a bit awkward and I didn’t want to actually stick it as it might damage the Tap
Just used the Velcro and it stayed where it was meant to.

I am very happy with this filter, you can certainly tast the clean water. As always I am a very happy customer of My Warer Filter and their customer service.
