Replacement Cartridge Pack for MWF 20" x 4.5" Twin Big Blue Whole House Rain Water Tank Water Filter System with Ar
I could not rely on the company that installed my tanks to do an annual filter replacement without me reminding them they were/are overdue. You supplied what I was after, received it very quickly and promised a reminder when they are due again.

SCP Fluoride Plus Water Filter Replacement Candle for Gravity Urn Water Filters
I have a ceramic tabletop water filter. I love the ease of the ceramic candle replacement and the fact that fluoride and pesticides are removed from my drinking water. Easy to clean and a simple system unreliant on mod cons. A reminder from your company when a new one is due is a bonus. Thank you.

Filteroo® Stainless Steel Gravity Water Filter with Fluoride Removal
Simple and easy to use product. We bought it for my parents as a Christmas present and we set it up for them without too much fuss.
Customer service was brilliant when I needed clarification and help with a slight delivery issue, and they had the problem resolved within a day (even though it was the week between Christmas and new year)
I’m very impressed with both the product and the service.

ULTRAPURE Aragon 10" Triple Benchtop Water Filter with Alkaline & Sediment Protection
I have used a single water filter for many years and having moved into an apartment complex, the filters were only lasting a few months.
I did some research and I did not want to go with an under sink unit.
As I wanted a better filter and alkaline water, I chose the Ultrapure triple benchtop filter and my water has never tasted so clean and fresh.
I think my filtered water taste better than bottled water.

Hello Trevor, thank you for placing us a review! We're glad to hear that your Vitamin C Shower Filter with Longer Lasting Cartridge arrived quickly. In regards to the lifespan of the cartridge, as you use the Vitamin Shower the crystals inside the cartridge will slowly dissolve until all you can see is water in the cartridge, then this is the time to replace with a new cartridge. The Vitamin C shower filter cartridge has a life-time of anywhere between 2-3 months depending on the amount of usage. If you need further assistance, you can always call us at 1-800-769-300 or send us an email at cs@waterfilter.com.au. We look forward to assisting you again. Thank you so much, Trevor.

I have been using the whole house water filter system set up for over a year now and never had any problems our water is so pure. The team are great to deal with and would recommend my water filter to everyone.I do like how my water filter set a reminder for when the filters are due to be replaced. The product knowledge of the team members I have dealt with is of a high level and always take to time to understand my needs. I have received call backs to ensure my problems or orders are resolved. I do wish the price was a little cheaper but this will not stop me looking at other options as I trust the quality in the my water filter products and the service is outstanding with fast shipments every time.
