HiFlow 5 Micron Under Sink Inline Water Filter System for Harsh Water
We installed this water filter on our cold tap in the kitchen because we had orange rusty water and that was staining our ice maker. The water filter has eliminated all trace of the colour. It was easy to install and works a treat.

Big Berkey System (2.25 gal)
We are thrilled with our Big Berkey Water filtration system. We watched the very comprehensive YouTube tutorials before setting up our Berkey so it was super easy.
Our only regret is that we should have bought the next size up, as we are drinking so much more water now, because it tastes amazing. There is no longer the chemical aftertaste and fuzzy feeling on the tongue which we were accustomed to with our treated water supply.

Aroma Sense Q Vitamin C Shower Filter Shower Head with Hose and Bracket
This shower head has exceeded all my expectations. It's given me something I didn't know I needed, a chlorine-less shower! Super easy to install, reduces water consumption, and you don't have to clean up the limescale in the shower! The shower it produces is also spectacular. I don't have anything bad to say about this product. I'll be getting one for my parents.

Aquasana Premium Shower Filter – White Wand
ALL of your promotion and promises convinced me that I was going to get an excellent product, service & follow-up, so I ordered over $500 worth of filters. However, the quality of the actual product has been heavily tarnished because I am still unable to access the "free holiday" app, even though I've spoken with your (apparently) customer service team at least 3 times now, over a period of 2 weeks or more. I have more filters to order but that's on hold until "my water filter" fulfils on its promises. Not a happy customer YET.

HPF 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System with Alkaliser
The water filter seems to work well, although we're not sure if the water tastes quite as good as Pureau. The installation leaflet that came in tiny print was difficult for the plumber to understand, so he had to go online to your much more understandable instructions to work it out, so the printed instructions should be clearer and bigger.
