Your product is great and does the job I want it to do. The only thing I have a problem with is your delivery service (Australia Post). It was a nightmare and will not be placing any further orders from your business unless you provide a alternative in delivery service you use. Sorry

The product is good . The problem was attaching it to the tap. Had to use a wrench and talk to people we bought the new tap wear off. Needs to be more instructions with attaching to tap . It could not be used in kitchen as tap was old and the air rater was inside the nozzle and did not screw off . Water tastes amazing
