1. It would be great if proper instructions are included in the packaging.
2. Call centres staff to be trained to be more familiarise with product knowledge.

Fabulous! I moved to my current address 4 years ago and over time, my hair and skin condition has deteriorated. I really just put the changes down to ‘getting older’. I recently discovered that the water where I live is considered ‘hard water’ and is not great. So I purchased the filtered shower head. WOW! Even after just my first shower, my skin felt softer! I no longer have a dry face, or get dry patches on my body. Even if you think your local water supply is ok, I highly recommend switching to a filtered shower head, the difference is amazing! Also 5 Stars to this company! Easy purchase, great ‘How to’ videos and really quick delivery! Thank you, I love my purchase!!

Good service, good product and initial feedback from family users has been positive. Just have a small drip leak on connection back to pipe. I'll check this and reinstall with plumbers tape wound clockwise. Can't be certain I did that tip!
