I moved to Brisbane city after living at the coast for majority of my life. Upon moving to Brisbane I immediately started getting break outs on my skin (I’m 24 and previously have not had break outs like this at all). After a couple of weeks of the issue just getting worse I thought I would try a filter for my shower thinking that the water could be affecting my skin. I could instantly feel a difference of the water on my skin and hair and in less than a week my break outs were going away. Two weeks later and my skin is now clear (thank god). So happy I bought this filter which I will be able to take with me anywhere I go!). Also happy I didn’t spend endless amounts of money to try fix my break outs other ways.

I made a mistake in the filter that I ordered. Returning the filter and reordering the correct one was simple, straight forward and easily done.
