Great products and exceptional service

Our water tastes great now! Shipping was super fast. Great service.

I’m in a rental with old copper pipes, I purchased the filter to remove the copper build up on my hair as it was turning green. So far, my hair is retaining its normal colour and my skin feels so much softer with less chemical transfer. Highly recommended

Did already write the review but seems not to have been in the right format! Anyway, excellent to talk to a person on the phone for help. Love my pretty filter.

Excellent

Very speedy turn around for filter orders and good to get email reminders. Thank you!

I have all ready sent my review

Always happy with service and quality of the products from my water filter Rod and the team, fresh clean water now for 2021,cheers Rod.

Extremely happy with our 12L Filteroo Water Urn. It arrived quickly and we were able to set it up without difficulty. The soft green looks beautiful, and so far the water tastes fantastic and is a perfect cool drinking temperature. Definitely recommend!

I have my ceramic filter for 2 years now and it’s great. The filtered water is as good as any bottled water only cheaper. 👍

Really enjoying the water and the benefits!
I think it's terrific to treat one's drinking water as a delicacy - as indeed it should! Beautiful set up, great results!

Quick delivery .Instructions as well. Thank you.

I AM NOT SURE IF THE FILTER IS WORKING ON MY ITCH ON MY SKIN
MANY THANKS JOHN

Good responsive service and quick delivery

The sign of a good product isn’t always the item although it is very good. It is the customer service and management of issues. My Water Filter is as clear and smooth as the water they produce. Highly recommend

Hi, Rod and Team!

I have been most impressed with your service over the years. I have talked to you, Rod a few times in 2017. But every time I reach your call centre in the Philippines, they are great. I’d be interested to know if you know these nice people personally because they have the same helpful and knowledgeable spirit as you do.

Every time I ring we have a good ol’ techno geek chat about water quality, then they seem quite happy to chat about the weather over there and the everyday problems they face living in their country. My husband and I love this type of person, and we hope it’s ok that we referred them to JW.org for their Bible questions.

We are Jehovah’s Witnesses and, like you, we feel a certain obligation to offer hope to these lovely people in such a chaotic world.

We wouldn’t know your history, Rod, but we both individually and as a couple have found that JW.org is the only safe website with non biased religious literature and current world news about the state of humankind and the out-workings of God’s Kingdom on Earth at the moment.

We would love it if you would use the website to answer any Bible questions you have, and then please feel free to email any specific questions to lynettelucas67@gmal.com and we will point you in the right direction. Please take care and stay safe.

Kindest Regards
From Sunny Queensland,
Robert and Lynette Lucas

Delivery took too long. The delivery “expectation” was not advertised before I made the purchase. They did not advise me of any delivery information until I reached out to them and complained.

Great service ! Great products!!

Arrived fast, as ordered.

Great company to buy through, great product.

Have already recommended to my friends

Quick and efficient when it comes to ordering online. Looking to have a healthy water source from my Big Berkey system. Thank you for a great experience.
