A wonderfully conscientiously charitable company with a swift delivery of their products. I love my candle urn filters and the fact that they remove fluoride out of my drinking water. It appears that the local birds live it in their balcony drinking water too.

Being the first time I have owned a reverse osmosis system, I have been really impressed by how detailed the support has been from My Water Filter. They have made it easy at every step of the way, even reminding me when it is time to swap over cartridges and how to do it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I received my parts OK, but it was difficult talking on phone due to the accent of the person. Also when I asked about gravity filter vessels he said they are not available at all. I rang the actual manufacturer of vessels and they said they were available just a 4 week wait!!. Why did he say they are just not available anymore?

5 star service and price. A lovely customer service member rang to confirm what I ordered was what I needed as it was an unusual first order. (Who does that nowadays?) Best price in the marketplace and delivery was prompt. I won’t shop anywhere else from now on. Outstanding.

Great product. Has increased the pressure of the water coming out as well as filtering it. Gives a great massage whilst you shower. The service was fast and impeccable as usual. I have no hesitation in using My Water Filter again.

I cannot fault the response that I had to any of my enquiries that I had of your products, and am extremely impressed with the speed of delivery of the three different orders that I placed.
