Love the informative videos. A caring company wanting to serve it's customers and clearly going the "extra mile" or going above and beyond the "call of duty"! Express post included in the purchase price is very useful and it arrived impressively fast. Seems there's a wide range of water filters available and I'm looking forward to learning more about water and which whole of house filter to choose. Thanks so much for your passion in what you do!

I am writing to express my most sincere thanks for the prompt and professional manner in which MY WATER FILTER handled the difficulty I recently had with my replacement cartridge. The staff were kind and showed genuine concern for my problem.
The MY WATER FILTER crew checked with me everyday and offered various help and solutions to solve my problem.
In the end, MY WATER FILTER were most kind and relaced my cartridge without cost. This is something that I least expected and my wife and I both being pensioners truly appreciate your most kind gesture.
The new cartridge works very very well. The water tastes like spring water and the flow is very high. This is really great and I thank you for it.
I will most certainly reccommend MY WATER FILTER to anyone who needs an excellent and reliable water filter.
Once again, thank you very much and I do wish MY WATER FILTER all the very best
