We would like to thank My Water Filter for their service to our family over the years as customers.
Our main reason for filtering water is the fluoridation of the town supplies. This is a state law introduced supposedly to reduce children's teeth deterioration. However we believe that water fluoridation does cause accumulation of calcification of the pineal gland at the centre of the brain which slows the brains mental capacity. The various governments will not entertain any arguments or debates. My Water Filter provided us an opportunity to by pass this legislation and make our own choice.
When we taste unfiltered water the taste is unpleasant to us.
The filters now last a year so they are very convenient with fewer changes necessary.

We have constantly tried to re order our water filter for our drinking water and constantly it tells us it is out of stock, then it says to click on a link to leave our details for a call back when in stock, still we have not heard, then we received a txt asking if it was okay for you to call us, we agreed and still have not heard back, we need a new infill for our drinking water.

I give 5 stars to My Water Filter as the product is great and the concept of helping others through the business is wonderful. Very refreshing to remember that there are those out there who are not just serving their own interests.
My only negative in my whole relationship with My Water Filter is the amount of time it took to deliver my filter. Admittedly the company is one side of Australia and I live on the other side, although in this day and age it shouldn't take a month.
Overall though... a BIG thumbs up. Keep up the great work!
