Before committing to purchase this product I was umming and rrring as to whether I could be bothered spending the coin first & whether it was going to actually be what it says it is.
So I took a punt and purchased online after a having a chat with the Boss come mail boy come admin boy come Sorensen and that was
the clincher!

Apart from being overwhelmed by the great Customer Service I received the product was notably simple to fit after taking the original shower arm and head off and the rest was amazing!
I've been converted from an individual who always used to be negative about product's and what they claim to achieve to someone who has had a Big chunk of his faith restored!
I would only buy from this mob(My Water Filter) because the man I spoke to was the owner, the man is great-Queenslander although you can't hold tgat against him.....he also sold me my first portable water filtration system quite a number of years ago now which he created frim his passion and desire to bring something to the people which was competitively priced, did everything it was rated to do and made in Australia-probably in his backyard tinkering shed which is where most if not all great creations are given birth to.
Here's to a great local business, family operated so they have not just invested by way of cash injections which everyone thinks is the bee all end all......they put the family name on show that's when you know that your on a winner doing any business with them! They have pride,passion for water filtration and that's everything to them.
