You are using very bad express service! I have tracking number for my order 1263,but untill now i have the only one information, that the package is shipped at 30-th January. Already 10 days,no activity is written and showed in the shipping process at the tracking website.Where is my package to this moment,i don`t really know.But it should be.Next time for my order,please use more better and promisinig express service than this one.It is very bad for me as а purchaser,to don`t know will i get successfully my package at the final!

It took you guys 3-4 days just to let me know that I had to change my delivery address.

store was very good... the selection and check out was very easy to understand, but the fact that you can only pay with paypal is a little inconvenient ... on the subject of quality of goods i cannot give an opinion, because it hasnt arrived yet

All dhl orders to mauritius take a maximum of 6 days. Last week i ordered bulbs from another company in china and i got it in 5 days, via dlh! The shipping price was the same. 18-30 business days for delivery is unacceptable. On your website you specify 7-12 business days. Futhermore you supplied me with wrong tracking numbers several times. This is not profesionnal at all.
I`d like you to cancel my order and refund me so that i can buy it somewhere else.
