I purchased America the Beautiful and Star Spangled Story for my 6th and 4th graders. It’s all top-notch and very well written material. My only critique is that it says Star Spangled is recommended for grades 1-4 and that you may do the material with your child. I think 1st or 2nd graders may lose interest even if it’s read to them. It’s chock full of great info, but I think it’s a bit heavy for them. Love it all and highly recommend it!

Beautiful materials. Shipped quickly. And after almost every lesson my eight grader excitedly asks me, "Did you know...".

We love Notgrass History!! My kids went from dreading history to really enjoying it and choosing to do it first each day. It’s been a wonderful addition to our day.

I wish I had discovered Notgrass History years ago! So thorough and so well written! The photos accompanying the history are absolutely amazing! Without doubt, the best history curriculum I’ve ever seen. And I know history. :-) I graduated with a 4-year degree in History.

Absolutely love Notgrass, will be using it all throughout HS for my kids. We’ve used the 5-8th grade material for years now. So well put together, faith is such a huge part and for that I am grateful!

I ordered two of these courses for my siblings and have loved using them. My favorite part is how it senselessly weaves our Christian worldview throughout each lesson. It is so hard to have to teach Christian history separate from "regular/secular" history. Not to mention that approach leaves students with a misunderstanding of how things actually happened and a feeling that Christian history somehow happened outside of the historical narrative. Thank you for creating this curriculum!

My 6 year old and I have loved this curriculum. She especially likes the craft projects and songs. My one year old even joins in looking at the maps and pictures. We are so happy we found Notgrass.

My 12 year old absolutely loves your curriculum! She has never looked forward to schoolwork as much as she does now, thanks to this wonderful curriculum that keeps her interested and motivated. She's constantly coming to me with questions and interesting tidbits of information she's learned from these books. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I look forward to purchasing more of this curriculum for my other 3 daughters as well.
