The texts and workbooks are beautiful and I love how you can tailor the activities to your child(ren). I really appreciate how the instructions at the end of each lesson tell you where to go in the Timeline, maps, and workbooks, so you don’t have to hunt or wonder.

I searched for months for a curriculum to teach American History. America the Beautiful checked all the boxes and then some. I’ve learned so much with my students that I never learned when in school myself. It’s so thorough that I feel like I could just add a math curriculum and have all subjects covered for the year. Looking forward to using the high school curriculum when my boys are older!

Although I ordered only one set myself, I teach ATB at a cooperative, so you received many orders (of ATB) for my class. I know that it is the printer's fault that the orders were delayed, but (in retrospect), I wish that you had continued to make available the previous edition for purchase. Working from downloads was difficult, definitely not optimal. I have been teaching classes using five different sets of your curriculum (American History, World History, Govt/Econ, Civics, and ATB) for a decade, and think that you provide the best curriculum out there. However, I am a bit nervous about the next time a new edition is due to come out. Thank you, Gwen Hood

Gwendolyn: Thank you for your honest feedback. We know that the delay in getting the new edition of "America the Beautiful" ready was frustrating. We will try to keep in mind the lessons learned as we continue to improve our operations!

This is our first year using Notgrass History and we LOVE IT!! Finally, a curriculum that has it all: a biblical worldview, a way of teaching history that makes it come alive for my kids and I, plus it incorporates a lot of Scripture and quality literature. We are hooked! Thank you, Ray, Charlene and your whole team for putting together such a wonderful homeschool curriculum! It truly is a blessing for my family and me.

We have been using the America the Beautiful curriculum for about 4 weeks and love it! The chapters are easy to follow and full of relevant information. Also, there are lots of pictures to go along with the text which we enjoy. My 7th grader is loving it so far!

We love Notgrass History. It is a lot of reading, so my boys may not be excited about that part, but it is well writte, so it is more interesting than most history textbooks I've come across.

This is our first year with Notgrass (middle school) and I couldn't be more pleased. The content is very well researched and written. I especially love that it covers not just History, but language arts/creative writing, geography, and Bible as well. Will definitely be continuing with this program.

Absolutely love Notgrass! My middle schooler who hates history, is actually learning to like it! Love all the different activities, love how we get to choose what our kids do, the curriculum is super flexible and adjustable, so many pictures, and I use the Homeschool History Website almost daily! Love this curriculum!

I had considered Notgrass History curriculum long before I actually needed to purchase a history course for our daughter. When the time came, I took the risk and got the ATB package. I was not disappointed at all! Our daughter normally has trepidations about starting new material, but after only two lessons, she made several favorable comments. High praise from a middle schooler! I recommend this curriculum because it's engaging, easy to follow, thorough, and truly beautiful!

So far it is great. It's very easy to read. The pictures are great and the activities at the end of each lesson help with what was learned. My daughter has commented how much she enjoys this history. Yours is the 3rd one we have tried.
