We're really happy so far with the curriculum. My daughters are learning the material and are finding the curriculum easy to use. I think the weekly unit projects are great - there is an interesting variety of options. Everything is laid out well. Thank you!

We have been using “Our Star Spangled Story” for three and a half weeks now and we love it! I have two second graders and my preschooler listens in sometimes too. The kids have especially enjoyed the Rhythms and Rhymes! It seems like a solid curriculum so far. Very easy to navigate and use!

Awesome company. Everything shipped out fast and we have LOVED both the curriculum and follow up support offered! We are first time homeschoolers because of Covid and jumping into homeschooling with a 9th grader, 7th grader, 4th grader and pre-K 4 kiddo. The extra follow up support emails have been very helpful and encouraging. So far we have loved using World History for our 9th grader and From Adam to Us for our 7th and 4th grader. I love that we can study the same thing at all the levels. Thank you NotGrass History!

We love the curriculum. The only issue we have is that the wording of some of the questions in the study guide can be a little “adult/college level” and hard for the 14 year olds in our co-op to understand exactly what is being asked.

We used the high school world history curriculum last year and were very pleased with it! The mixture of bible, history, and literature worked wonderfully well. We are now 2 days into our new school year, and so far see the same quality in “Exploring America” and “Uncle Sam and You.” I usually heavily supplement the history curriculums that we use, but Notgrass publications are rigorous enough that they can stand alone! Thank you for making this mom’s job so much easier!

Only 1 week into the program, but I love the books. Easy to read and enjoyable for kids and parents! I love having references to God in the book since he did create everything!

We have not begun our homeschool year yet. From a glance I love how Biblical history, morals and values are integrated. I love how colorful and hands-on that it is. I love how literature rich it is with the read alouds.

My kids love this history program. We are learning so much together, and the activities are simple enough to do, yet not oversimplified. I love how we start at Creation and Babel and how the people scattered from there, explaining how they would’ve likely arrived in the Americas. The lessons are just the right length for my ADHD/Aspergers kiddos who are doing this study with me. I’m thrilled we made this curriculum choice this year!
Side note: I’d love to see Notgrass release a world history study for this grade level!

I love it!! It is so engaging!! The pictures are great and I love the extra activities with the lessons! I am learning right along with my third grade daughter! She had so much fun making the pottery and the origami Mayflower!

I've used both Our Star Spangled Story and Exploring America. The books are engaging and hold my children's interest. Plenty of projects and activities are suggested, and we had no trouble finding ones to fit our needs. I appreciated that my children were exposed to original writings from the period.
