Shopping on the site is pretty straightforward. I love browsing for possible next purchases. I also appreciate all the ways you can filter what you're looking for. If you're using any ohmbucks with your purchase to get a "free" item , remember to add the item to cart and don't forget to add the coupon code you recieve after spending your ohmbucks. Also as a reminder, shipping fee will still be added even if your oder is $0 so keep that in mind.

Shopping is alway rather fun . But it would be exceptional if we could use 2 codes instead of just one. 💖

Could not be happier with the effort the team at OHM put in… they definitely go above and beyond! A couple of emails between OHM and OHM Australia - Karla, you are amazing!!! - and I managed to get my very own Behemoth!!! Speechless!!! Best customer service I’ve ever received!!! To put that sort of effort in sums up OHM and and their awesomeness!!!🤘🏻💜💜💜

All of my experiences are fine EXCEPT I am getting skittish on ordering from OHM Australia as I have never received an item and it has been over a month since it shipped. Never has taken this long, even at the height of COVID and am feeling I will never get my items. Dreading having to deal with customer support

Excellent customer service. My account was part of fiasco of being charged with shipping fees. I emailed them that same day and was quickly refunded my money. Thank you.

I would like to see the storage/organization tray be offered with a lid. Also one or two small compartments for stopper beads that don’t go on the rungs/bars.

I really love the Whip Bracelet, the Dragonfly-y clasp and the sweet little Birdie bead. Everything arrived well packed and I’m so thankful for the OHM round bracelet case too!! What I also appreciate is the environmentally conscious packaging!
