I had a great shopping experience on OHMbeads.com because I was able to find a retired glass bead that wasn't available to find anywhere else!

For the most part shopping at OHM has been good. I did have an issue with a missing package. Ultimately, OHM agreed to send me a replacement, but only after I wrote several times imploring them to do something to help me. It would have been nice if they didn’t dismiss my concerns the first few times. Fortunately, a customer representative by the name ‘Mike’ stepped up and came through with great customer service. My suggestion to other customers who ever have a problem that they should persevere and continue to follow up to get proper service.

Three days after receiving a shipping conformation email it is still not shipped, only a shipping label is created?

I absolutely love when I get to order more OHM Beads. It's always so exciting to choose the beads to add to my collection and sifting through the online catalogue is one of my favourite things to do. Using OHMbucks really adds to the excitement by either reducing my checkout or rewarding me with a gift (extra bead, swag, free shipping). I like to enjoy this entire experience as often as possible!!

Love your beads. I had no problem selecting, putting into the cart; wished they would remain there for awhile before disappearing. Still waiting to receive the two orders.

Although there was a mix up with my order, the pieces are beautiful!

I recently bought 8 beads at the half price retired bead sale. An hour after I placed the order I found 2 more I wanted to buy so they were kind enough to send me a “free shipping coupon” that enabled me to add beads to my previous order, which I thoroughly appreciated. Of course I wanted to add even more the next day but was too afraid to ask... now I
wish I had. I’d have loved an option to keep my parcel open until the end of the sale so I could continue to buy without
incurring the $10 shipping fee which is a bit too much for me
to absorb repeatedly. I ALWAYS love my OHM beads and wish I’d bought more!

Love my new bracelet and charm. The bracelet is the twisted version and the charm is called inner peace.
