My shopping experience was great, the website was easy to navigate, applied my reward and checkout process was smooth. When I ever had an issue that required technical support, it is usually dealt with in a day or two.

My order arrived after a few days which was very good news, considering that it was shipped from the US. When I opened the box I was really happy with the items (a dirty bracelet and a dirty safety chain). They felt as if they are of good quality and I've been wearing them since then. I will definitely buy more stuff from OHM, as their charms also are so fun!

It's usually a great experience shopping on the Ohm website. If a problem does arise (which inevitably does if you are a life long customer like me and because we are all human), someone will take care of it! Overall I am a happy customer!

I recently found Ohm beads last year and quickly became a fan. Their attention to detail on each bead makes them truly a work of art. The quality is magnificent for the silver and glass beads alike. I love styling various bracelets and themes and Ohm offers such a wide variety to appeal to so many people. I look down at my bracelet and it makes me smile throughout the day and isn’t that what it’s all about-just being happy and Ohm certainly shares happiness with the world. Thank you Ohm!!

You can always save with OHM One, OHMbucks and other event goodies! If the customs declaration improves, I would even give 6 stars ;-)
