I ordered a bead on the 9th of December, while I knew I might not receive the item before Christmas, I did expect it to be despatched before the 26th, as for quality, I may update the review when it eventually arrives.

I had to give costums declarations, invoices and payment verifications, so I think the papers weren’t complete.
Thus, delivery was a bit late.
But the thing that bothers me most, is that one piece (Do Xmas) was missing (don’t know if it got lost at costums?)
Quality of the beads is great. Beautiful items!
