I look forward to shopping the 4th of July sale every year! I appreciate the advanced notice so I can plan my shopping. I would recommend when I add something to my cart from my wishlist that the item not be automatically erased from my wishlist. Also, would love to see more photos of the beads in an actual bracelet design, to get a better idea of the dimensions.

There is so much detail in this tiny bead. It stays upright on my chain, which is super important. A lot of similar bead brands have issues staying in the correct position. I wish it was a little easier so it’s easier to see what it is. But there’s so much detail so ifs easy to see when you look hard enough

Excellent overall shopping experience. Beads are gorgeous, quirky, unique and arrived in excellent time, particularly given international shipping. I also think that Ohm Bucks are a brilliant loyalty perk.

Prices a bit too high, and OHM bucks doesn’t exactly help compensate for it. Quality is good, just not $70 to $90 a bead good when the designs are a hit and miss. The way the bracelet styles keep changing making it so you need new clasps and bracelet, making the stoppers obsolete to a point where they do not even fit on the new styles.

Absolutely amazing products! I purchased OHM Mummy and OHM Pteranodon; they are both so detailed and exquisite. Items were delivered with wonderful packaging (seperate boxes, a drawstring bag and a bunch of different, tiny, OHM beads flyers). They arrived today, Sunday! Parcels never get delivered on Sunday here. I am over the moon. Can't recommend this brand highly enough. Thanks, OHM Team!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days, and your orders were all shipped within this timeframe. While we handle our part promptly, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier.
We understand your frustration with the transit times and will share this feedback with our shipping partners. We're also exploring ways to offer faster shipping options in the future.
We appreciate your support and patience as we work to improve our service.
