One word to describe my first purchase experience at Odyssey Fine Puzzle is BRILLIANT! The order-processing and package-shipping times were pretty short. However, what amazed me the most was the store's significant effort in packing. For your information, I ordered 2 Heye whose boxes were triangular. Thus, if they were packed without care, the boxes could be totally deformed and the puzzle inside could be damage (I once got a destroyed triangular Heye puzzle from another store). Odyssey Fine Puzzle ensured I wouldn't reencounter this circumstance when they included abundant packing material to deliver the puzzles to me without a single flaw. Moreover, the personal handwritten message I received from them absolutely made my day, and I could feel their determination to present the best customer experience to us. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this incredible store!
