This is the first time I’ve ordered from your company and I will be a repeat customer. The personalized service I received was amazing, including a handwritten note thanking me for my order when it arrived. I knew when the order was sent and received a follow-up email to see if the puzzles arrived. There was an issue with how the order would be sent and I was contacted immediately. That lead to some fun emails between Julie, the owner, and me. I highly recommend this company!

Thank you for the nice personalized note that came along with our puzzles. We received them in a very timely manner.
Unfortunately, one of the puzzles is missing 8 pieces. We have looked under the table, onthe chair cushions, etc several times to no avail. This is very disappointing as it is a brand new puzzle, and there are just two of us here, and there were no accidents or incidents to explain this. I can only imagine this happened at the factory, not your fault but it is terribly disappointing. Have you had any other reports about HEYE puzzles having missing pieces?
