i really recommend OnlyLens. This was my first, but not my last purchase with them. Communication is best, Toni and Marcela answer very quickly and they are always helpful and their approach is friendly. Although the sunglasses were a little too big for my head, but their return process went smooth. When I pick my next sunglasses I will definitely buy it from OnlyLens. Thanks again!🙏🙏🙏

Onlylens provide the best customer service I've had in a REALLY long time. There was a specific pair of sunglasses I've been wanting that have been sold out everywhere. They were also sold out on this site, but Marcela kept me in the loop about orders coming in and was incredibly helpful and transparent with the entire process. I ended up getting my sunglasses in a few weeks and I could not be more thrilled about having them for the summer. Highly recommend Onlylens and THANK YOU MARCELA! You are amazing!

It was a little complicated at the beginning beacause of the low stock on the producer side (Bollé - producer of Serengetti sunglasses) ; but ONLYLENS customer service did excellent job providing the best solution possible. Marcella from ONLYLENS can teach classes on how to show postive attitude towards customers. Muchas Gracias :):):):)
