Maybe you should improve by not taking any money from customer first, for example, u just sell only items that available and ready to post, rather than sell items that not in stock but customer have to wait for so long to received the item. In another words, maybe ur team should diable the status of 'in restock' (orange sign). So that customer wil not buy the item that 'in restock' and have to wait more than a month to received it. I suggest your team should only sell that items available and ready to post. Thanks.

I purchased an item that was "in Stock" but a week later, they still hadn't shipped the item. I had to send an email asking when the item would ship and they responded 2 days later after they shipped the item. Why would it take 9 days to ship an item "in Stock"?
Answer: it doesn't. They should be honest about their handling time so buyers know what to expect. Otherwise, I was happy with the item and I believe it to be genuine.

The OnlyLens service is excellent. Just the courier (TNT) in the Netherlands caused some delay because they are not very flexible. They expect you to sit at home all day waiting for them...
