Just learning to brew at home, ordered a few times and each time they ship out faster than expected and I get my order (in BC) within a few days!
Had one order so far with a torn bag of grains and one inquiring email was all it took to get taken care of! They didn't even email back to ask questions, I just got a reply saying there was another one in the mail already!
