I am blown away by the simplicity of the refinance process! Since purchasing my car, I was relatively pleased with my payments and ignored countless circulars and emails regarding reducing my monthly payment obligation. Believing it was too good to be true, one day I just decided to test the notion! I won! With a simple application and confirmation process, my refi closed in two weeks (and that’s with a Christmas and New Year holiday stuck in there)...reducing my monthly by a whopping $150 bucks, abd cutting my APR in half!!! That was worth it to me!! The customer service was exceptional as well...because as a skeptic, I ask a lot of questions...and whether by phone or email, my quest were answered within an hour. The payoff also nicely touched my credit score...which wasn’t so bad to start with, but had some room to inch up...and it did! Lastly, refi went through a reputable back...Wells Fargo...which mattered as well! Do it! Only upside...I’m passionately impressed!
