Good experience, but too many steps . Perhaps condense some and also limit the automatic email responses as it’s confusing or not whether information requested is or isn’t received at the time of submission .

When you were trying to get me to refinance communication was great. Once I agreed and submitted paperwork, and given approval, communication is horrible.

The only complaint i have is that I wasn't aware that "openroad lending" was shopping my loan to various banks, I thought they were the lender! It all worked out well in the end and I am not complaining about my loan or any other part of the process, just that it wasn't clear to me that they were a go-between!
